Bethany Kludt is an individual who takes her health very seriously. She is currently studying to become a nurse at Ohio Northern University. Some of her greatest interests are nursing care, fitness, nutrition, and weight lifting. She, wisely, knows that maintaining physical health is one of the most important components of being a happy person.
Recently, Bethany Kludt began competing in bikini competitions that are hosted by the National Physique Committee. She is a representative for Paragon Fitness, which sells fitness wear for weightlifting and fitness in general. Preparing to compete in these events has required a great deal of cardio exercise and weight lifting. She finished in 3rd place in Miss Photogenic in 2012 when competing in the NAM Miss Teen Ohio Pageant held in Columbus, Ohio, and also finished 3rd in her first bikini competition held in Louisville, Kentucky which qualified her for nationals. She finds it to be a very exciting endeavor and is pleased with the results she has seen in her life since; she plans to continue competing as she completes her undergraduate studies.
She has participated in many other physical activities over the course of her life. At the early age of three, Bethany Kludt began doing gymnastics, an activity that she continued to do through middle school. In 4th and 5th grade, she did competitive cheerleading. Beginning at the age of four, she began racing BMX, a sport that she continues to engage in occasionally. In high school, she picked up golfing and diving. Bethany Kludt plans on keeping sports an integral part of her life as she pursues becoming a registered nurse. Because of the health benefits of working out, she is confident that sports and other physical activities will help her maintain energy and focus in her professional endeavors.
